Stefanik Encourages AG Pam Bondi to Investigate New York State's Unconstitutional Gun Laws

Washington, D.C. – Today, House Republican Leadership Chairwoman Elise Stefanik joined Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (R-NY) in urging Attorney General Pam Bondi to launch an immediate investigation into New York State’s continued infringement upon the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens.

This request follows years of unconstitutional restrictions imposed by New York despite clear precedent from the U.S. Supreme Court affirming the individual right to keep and bear arms.
